3 Bedroom House in Steamboat Springs

Our mountain retreat is split level with 3 full stories. The entire unit was remodeled in 2013 & further improved in 2021 with modern appliances, split level furnishings and added decor. The rooms are spacious in this end-unit condo, with big windows allowing for lots of natural daylight. Full-size washer and dryer on the main floor allow easy access for all guests. All bedrooms are furnished with cable TVs.
Groups get the best of both worlds in our space. 3 common areas make gatherings easy, while each of 3 bedrooms has a completely private bathroom to give everyone plenty of room for personal space.
The Master Suite is particularly spacious with a Tempur-pedic King bed, a mini-fridge, and coffee/tea service station. The master bath is large and includes a luxury steam shower experience by Steamist and a private toilet room (water closet).
The main living area overlooks the forest area where wildlife is usually spotted from the patio or through the sliding glass door. The plush couch faces a large plasma screen with state-of-the-art sound system, Xfinity cable, a blu-ray player and a built-in bookshelf with family board games.
The lofted living room faces big windows from comfy couches and chairs perfect for reading books, getting on your laptop, or catching up with friends.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. Plenty of stainless steel cookware, Tupperware storage, crock-pot, drip coffee maker (a Keurig is in the Master Suite), toaster, and hand mixer for baking sweet treats.
For those who prefer to enjoy chef prepared meals in town, take a quick bus ride or short walk to the mountain village restaurants nearby. Options are available with or without reservations.

Summary: Great lighting, spacious excellent location to bus and Steamboat mt! Host was incredibly responsive when contacted. Ski storage locker was a massive bonus! Seperate temperature controls provided everyone with notable comfort. Thank you a wonderful stay!

Summary: My husband and I stayed with 2 other adults and had a great time. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We skied during the day (took the bus and used the VRBO locker) and went out for happy hour and dinner in the village that is walkable and took bus to go into town.Would stay again. Kay was responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Summary: I have stayed in many short-term rentals and this was terrific! The host was in touch, put up a Christmas tree, left us chocolates and gifts and even offered to accept and wrap our Christmas packages sent in advance! The place is on several levels so we could spread out. The ski shuttle bus couldn’t be more convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc but also coffee, oils, spices and much more.we were very happy with this rental unit and the entire experience.

Summary: If you’re looking for a comfortable, inviting, and well kept home away from home, you won’t be disappointed here. Especially for a group of couples, the segregated spaces and numerous bathrooms/bedrooms guarantee both privacy and comfort while still providing ample social gathering space for cooking, family style dinner, movie nights, group board games, etc. The rooms themselves are cozy, clean and comfortable and the condo is furnished with warm western mountain town decor that gives it endearing character and charm - certainly more than you’ll find at your standard hotel stay. The host is also kind and attentive, quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommend to couples or families looking for a memorable steamboat stay.

Summary: This place had a great vibe with more than ample room for all six of our party. Everyone had their own separate places to hang out....and the short distance to the great skiing was fantastic! Can't beat the short skip up to the bus stop for a very brief ride to the base!! Would absolutely stay here again. P.S. Loved the pizza so much at Antonio's we had some brought over to the base on our second day for a lunch break from skiing.

Summary: This cozy, very clean and well equipped condo was a welcomed retreat !! Each level in this condo lead to separate comfortable bedroom areas with their own bathrooms. The kitchen seemed to have everything and we liked the gas bbq for steaks in the evening. The access to Steamboat ski area was a snap. We walked a short distance out our front door and caught the shuttle to the main resort area. We will return to this condo and ski area in the future 😃

Summary: Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well organized and stocked, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. We appreciated staying at a condo where the owner clearly still uses the condo themselves, and it's not just a generic rental property (there was a sense of character in the place). The condo is an easy bus or car ride away from the mountain. We had a couple of questions for the host, and she was very responsive and helpful.
